Their customer benefits, their cost-to-performance ratio, provision of parts to prevent production outage for the tool user, repeat accuracy when exchanging parts, i.e. a true match of tool to workpiece, availability as and when required - just in time. Information by the manufacturer about the right choice of parts. Elimination of order number errors due to assured part history management. We guarantee achievement of a ready to finish RTF, without additional manual processes. We guarantee a footage output to substantially reduce cost per running meter. These performance benefits can only be achieved using all the quality standards adopted by ARMINIUS. With a tolerance guarantee of +/- 0.05 mm ( .002”) it is not worth running the risk of tolerances 10 or 20 times higher than those assured using original parts from ARMINIUS. The obligation we undertake for all guaranteed performance levels is based on the assurance of a profile accuracy for the profile shaping operation deviating by no more than 0.1 mm (0.004“) from the digital contour of the .dxf CAD file. A simple check can be performed using the 1:1 profile template supplied free of charge by Arminius. Please note: This template corresponds precisely to the target shaping contour, and therefore to the contractually agreed digital contour of the .dxf CAD file. The profiled components within the ARMINIUS sanding tool (such as the abrasive, basic profile, flank protection) do not adhere inevitably to the same digital contour of the .dxf CAD file, but are subject to a continuous improvement process. Experience gained on an every-day basis by our application and service technicians on the achievable standard of quality and scope for further improvement flows continuously into our products, and so determines the geometry of the individual tool components. ARMINIUS is only able to guarantee its performance in terms of a lacquer-ready finish and high footage output if all components acting within the tool really do comply with the required standard. This can only be ensured when using original parts from Arminius. |
