3 x 3 qualities for 3 x 3 performance requirements:
For fitting with individual segments capable of working with three different basic systems.
- As a single profile tool CF or SCR for profile angles up to 90°
- Or as a double combined tool set comprising CF and SCR for profile angles up to 180°
- Extremely simple abrasive fitting: One ring simply has to be exchanged per CF and SCR disc
Sand profiles
- without restrictions in terms of dimensions or the degree of profile complexity
- with rotating tools available in practically any commonly occurring diameter, bore and or changeover shank system.
Tooling systems
- in versions for automatic machines in throughfeed or cyclical operation
- production applications involving high piece numbers and throughfeed lengths
- for minimal batch sizes and or only occasional use
- for manually operated machines
