Wide-ranging scope for combination: One profile comprising 2 individual tools

3 x 3 qualities for 3 x 3 performance requirements:
For fitting with individual segments capable of working with three different basic systems.

• As a single profile tool CF or SCR for profile angles up to 90°
• Or as a double combined tool set comprising CF and SCR for profile angles up to 180°
• Extremely simple abrasive fitting: One ring simply has to be exchanged per CF and SCR disc

Sand profiles

• without restrictions in terms of dimensions or the degree of profile complexity
• with rotating tools available in practically any commonly occurring diameter, bore and or changeover shank system.

Tooling systems

• in versions for automatic machines in throughfeed or cyclical operation
• production applications involving high piece numbers and throughfeed lengths
• for minimal batch sizes and or only occasional use
• for manually operated machines
