The unique sanding tool to accommodate a wide range of standard profiles: SmartLine now comes as a new development with additional facility for mounting non-standard profiles.

A catalogue containing more than 2000 non-standard shapes lists already existing profile shapes using Green-Line abrasives which can be mounted on SmartLine. For a modest additional charge, we can supply the relevant templates and CAD datafile to allow troublefree shaping tool production. In addition, an endless selection of individual customer profiles can be mounted on the same disk in the form of Green-Line abrasives. For this we levy a reasonable mould cost blanket charge per customer profile. Even for this type of custom-specific profile, delivery times are lower than generally required for manufacturing special shaping cutters.
